Role Description

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations in the region, driving sales and business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in managing regional operations, sales, and business growth
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at networking and forming business relationships
Ability to manage and mentor a team of professionals
Experience in the finance or consulting industry is a plus
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
Experience working with government agencies and regulators is a plus
Fluency in local languages is a plus

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in MSME funding and agri commodity funding of which 10 years of experience in leading at a Regional level.
Should have a strong clientele base in the Commodity space.
Should have handled 20-25 Relationship Managers either directly or indirectly through the Team Leads.
Preferred background in Agri/Credit space.
Experience in Agri/SME/Corporate Banking
