Zonal Coordinator

Overview: The Zonal Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating training activities across multiple districts within the state of Karnataka. They will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of training programs, managing resources, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Zonal coordinators will collaborate with zonal managers to implement necessary actions, coordinate with the stake holders ensuring scale up of JeevaRaksha courses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Program Management: a. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of training programs - Emergency Care and Life Support (ECLS) for doctors, Emergency Nursing Life Support (ENLS) for nurses, Basic Care and Life Support (BCLS) for allied health professionals, corporate and IT employees, industries and common public within assigned districts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. b. Develop comprehensive training schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of training activities. c. Collaborate with Zonal managers, State Coordinators and instructors to design, develop, and update training curricula as per the evolving needs of participants and requirements. d. To plan coordinate and oversee and other courses as agreed upon by the organization (eg. STEMI, RASTHA, Disaster management, etc.) and fulfil the objectives of the courses 2. Stakeholder Engagement: e. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, educational institutions, NGOs, and other partners to facilitate collaboration and support for training initiatives. f. Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and events to promote training programs and build partnerships that enhance program effectiveness and sustainability. 3. Resource Management: g. Manage human, financial, and material resources efficiently to support the implementation of training programs within the designated zone. h. Coordinate logistics for training events including venue selection, skills lab availability, food and refreshments, instructors, and accommodation as necessary. 4. Monitoring and Evaluation: i. Develop and implement systems for monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs, collecting feedback from participants, and identifying areas for improvement. j. Prepare regular progress reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to senior management for enhancing program outcomes and effectiveness. 5. Capacity Building: k. Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to trainers, facilitators, and other staff members involved in training delivery to enhance their skills and competencies. l. Identify training needs among staff and stakeholders and coordinate professional development activities to build capacity and ensure quality delivery of programs. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Proven experience in program management, preferably in the education or training sector for a minimum of 5 years. 3. Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and curriculum development. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 6. Proficiency in Kannada and English languages, both written and spoken. 7. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated zone and occasionally outside the state as required. Reporting to: Respective Zonal Managers Salary: Based on educational qualification and experience as per organizational pay scale.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
