Job Summary:

The Cloud Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving the sales of EMB Global's cloud solutions by understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: E
ngage with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and cloud needs.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and identify opportunities to provide value through EMB Global's cloud solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our cloud offerings.

Solution Development & Proposal Generation:
Develop customized cloud solutions that address client needs and align with their business objectives.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible solution designs.

Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cloud solutions and best practices.

Market Knowledge & Product Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Develop a deep understanding of EMB Global's cloud solutions and their value proposition.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
