With over - 1000 crore in monthly investments and more than 2 million transactions, they are a major force in the online investment sector. - Job Title: Term Insurance Sales Specialist - Experience: 1-4 years in insurance sales - Education: Any Graduate - Location: Gurgaon About the Role: - As a Term Insurance Sales Specialist, your mission will be to help clients build a secure financial future by providing customized term insurance plans. You will be directly responsible for driving sales, connecting with prospective customers, and offering clear, expert advice on our products' features and advantages. - This position requires a strong focus on the customer, excellent skills in building lasting relationships, and a proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals while ensuring a seamless experience after the sale is complete. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire sales cycle for term insurance products to achieve high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. - Assess customer needs, detail product benefits, and assist them in making informed decisions. - Initiate customer conversations, establish trust, and skillfully handle any questions or concerns. - Ensure smooth and efficient handovers of all completed cases to the operations team for processing. - Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales and revenue targets. Requirement: - Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities, both spoken and written. - A talent for explaining complex financial and insurance products in an easy-to-understand and compelling way. - A customer-focused mindset with a natural aptitude for building strong relationships. - At least 1 year of direct experience in selling term insurance. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and Excel.
