Job Description :

Position : Salesforce Admin

Experience : 4-8 years

Location : Chandigarh, Benguluru, Pune, Chennai, Panchkula, Mumbai, Gurugram, Mumbai Notice


Period : Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities :

- Administer Salesforce platform including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and customization.

- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other declarative features.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.

- Customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Monitor Salesforce data quality and integrity, perform data cleanup activities as needed.

- Assist in user training and adoption of Salesforce best practices.

- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce platform.

- Document Salesforce configuration, processes, and procedures.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Proficiency in Salesforce administration including user management, security, customization, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems is a plus.
