About the Role We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Technology Head (Role) to lead and inspire our technology team. You will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence across all aspects of technology, including product development, customer project delivery, and technical support. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring its successful execution.
Job Description:Responsible for the SFDC configurations and customizations needed to deliver the desired solutionParticipate in discoveries with key stakeholders to define functional requirements and use Salesforce’s best business practices to implement the solutionManage enhancements and implementations to the system in line with given business needsMaintain and enhance visual layout, flows, and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experienceDefine implementation and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platformCreate (design, document, build) and manage (test, deploy) custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flow, approval processes, and other enhancements to CRM.Manage development and production deployments of business solutions per prescribed project management methodologyDocument user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure the quality of developed solutions prior to production deployment (includes creating test plans)Create and maintain documentation of all application integrations and all custom development on the Salesforce platformResearch and advice on best practices for Salesforce solutionsDesigning, coding, and implementing Salesforce applicationsExperience delivering solutions for Partner Communities will be an additional benefit.
Primary Skills:Overall experience of 15 years with at least 10 years in a similar roleHands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, High-Velocity Sales and Partner CommunitiesBackground integrating marketing automation platform with Salesforce (is a plus)Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certificationsExperience with Governor Limits.Competency in gathering and documenting business requirementsExcellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilitiesExcellent Communication, Presentation & Inter-personal skillsFlexibility to play an individual or team roleProficient in MS Office suite especially MS ExcelTo adapt to US shift timing
Certification:Salesforce Administrator certification ADM201, preferable ADM 211&ADM261
