Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary
AGM/Head – HR & Admin
to lead our human resources and administration functions at a strategic level. The role demands
policy-making ability, leadership in manpower strategy, compliance governance, and operational excellence
to support our multi-vertical business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    HR strategies, frameworks, and policies
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead
    talent acquisition & workforce planning
    to support large-scale manpower deployment across India.
  • Drive
    performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
    .
  • Ensure
    labour law compliance and statutory adherence
    across multiple states.
  • Oversee
    payroll, compensation & benefits structuring, and employee welfare schemes
    .
  • Guide HR teams in
    employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling
    .
  • Spearhead
    automation and digital transformation
    in HR & Admin processes (ERP/HRMS).
  • Oversee
    administration functions
    – office infrastructure, vendor management, contracts, travel & logistics, facilities management.
  • Prepare and present
    HR dashboards, analytics, and strategic reports
    to management.
  • Act as a
    business partner
    to leadership, supporting organizational growth and expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in
    Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations
    .
  • 8 –15 years of progressive HR & Admin experience with at least 5 years in a
    senior leadership role
    .
  • Strong exposure to
    security services, facility management, or manpower outsourcing industry
    preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    labour laws, compliance frameworks, and HR technology systems
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making
    skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
