Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Manager – HR & Admin
to lead our
Human Resource Management and Administration functions
at our Bandel/Kolkata Office. The role involves building robust people practices, ensuring compliance, managing talent, and supporting business growth through effective HR & Admin strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    HR policies, processes, and systems
    aligned with company goals.
  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    , onboarding, and manpower deployment for projects across India.
  • Handle
    employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
    .
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Manage
    payroll, attendance, and leave administration
    in coordination with accounts.
  • Oversee
    admin functions
    including office management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, facilities, and asset management.
  • Maintain effective employee relations and resolve workplace grievances.
  • Support leadership in manpower planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports for management review.
