Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions including managing HRIS, assisting with benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Skills in organizing and facilitating Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
