Job Title: Assistant Teacher

Location
: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1 near Bhumkar Chouk and Wakad, Opposite Datta Mandir)

Salary
: Above ₹1.8 Lakhs per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in working with children with special needs and build a strong foundation in special education, remedial teaching, and child psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with children with special needs in a classroom setting.

  2. Support students in day-to-day activities, academics, self-care and self-help tasks, and group activities.

  3. Assist the Special Educator, Remedial Teacher, or Psychologist in classroom activities, alongside another female helper.

  4. Learn and apply strategies to support children with developmental, psychological, neurological, and physical concerns.

  5. Participate in setting goals for students, conducting assessments, and applying therapeutic interventions under the guidance of senior professionals (Behavioral Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists).

Eligibility:
