**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs.
- **Instructional Planning**:

- Design and implement tailored instructional strategies to meet individual learning goals.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Manage student behavior effectively and implement positive behavior support strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to enhance professional development and collaboration.
- **Monitoring Progress**:

- Regularly assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to parents and guardians.
- **Advocacy**:

- Advocate for the needs and rights of students with disabilities.
- Provide resources and support to families to help them understand their child's needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with disabilities in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IEP development and special education laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
