And to build and strengthen this superpower, we’re on the lookout for an amazing Hubspot Implementation Specialist Experience:- 4+ Location:- Bangalore Responsibilities: Position Overview: The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Hub Spot CRM system and other CRMs to enhance customer relationship management, improve sales processes, and drive marketing automation. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Hub Spot’s CRM and marketing tools, with a proven track record of implementing CRM strategies to support business objectives. Administer and maintain the Hub Spot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Configure and customize settings, properties, and pipelines in internal CRMs to align with business needs Develop and implement CRM strategies and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency Provide training and support to team members on using Hub Spot effectively, including best practices and new features. Integrate Hub Spot with other software applications and tools to streamline operations and enhance functionality Set up and manage automation workflows for lead scoring, follow-ups, and task assignments Requirements Proven experience working with Hub Spot CRM, including certification in Hub Spot CRM (Hub Spot CRM Specialist or similar certification preferred) Strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and sales processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams Why work at Open?
