QA Lead (Product Development

Job Title:-Quality Lead

Location:- Pune

Work Mode:- Onsite


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience (7+ years) in quality assurance roles, with a focus on software product

development.

• Extensive experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

• Solid understanding of Agile development practices and principles.

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) is desirable.

• Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are advantageous.
