BenchPoint's client is a large American digital transformation consultancy with offices in the United States, Canada and India.
They are seeking a talented Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead to join their growing Salesforce practice and teams.
What You'll Do:
Support Commercial and Public sector clients for a rapidly growing Salesforce team
Support customers in QA of their SFDC application
Establish and maintain a consistent test methodology
Good knowledge on Salesforce security system- Profiles, Roles and FLS
Ensure QA processes are being upheld throughout the life cycle of each project
Provide end to end QA experience on Salesforce project
Proactively collaborate with the project team and provide best practices and solutions
Transform business requirements into test scripts
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance
3+ years of QA lead experience
Experience with public sector projects will be an added advantage.
Quality Management and expertise in handling IT deliveries for improving efficiency using available resources
Implementation of Quality system requirements across the Organization.
Experience with manual and automated testing
Good knowledge on Salesforce security system- profiles, roles and FLS
Process Gap Analysis & Documentation
Client Management on Quality related aspects
Experience working in an onshore/offshore model with experience working independently and collaborating with the team to meet tight deadlines.
