Quality Assurance Lead

They are seeking a talented Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead to join their growing Salesforce practice and teams.


What You'll Do:


  • Support Commercial and Public sector clients for a rapidly growing Salesforce team
  • Support customers in QA of their SFDC application
  • Establish and maintain a consistent test methodology
  • Good knowledge on Salesforce security system- Profiles, Roles and FLS
  • Ensure QA processes are being upheld throughout the life cycle of each project
  • Provide end to end QA experience on Salesforce project
  • Proactively collaborate with the project team and provide best practices and solutions
  • Transform business requirements into test scripts


What You Bring:


  • 10+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance
  • 3+ years of QA lead experience
  • Experience with public sector projects will be an added advantage.
  • Quality Management and expertise in handling IT deliveries for improving efficiency using available resources
  • Implementation of Quality system requirements across the Organization.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Good knowledge on Salesforce security system- profiles, roles and FLS
  • Process Gap Analysis & Documentation
  • Client Management on Quality related aspects
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore model with experience working independently and collaborating with the team to meet tight deadlines.
