Relevant details:

Good understanding of architecture of test automation tools
Good understanding of test automation cycle
Ability to debug existing frameworks/code to identify failure root causes
Thorough understanding of exception tracing
Thorough knowledge on how tool integrations among different automation tools work
Ability to implement solution/tool based on the tool documentation
Hands on experience in test automation in Selenium
