Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager - Real Estate to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate clients and facilitating business growth. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldProven experience as a Relationship Manager in the real estate industryStrong understanding of the real estate market and trendsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsProactive and result-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate clientsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate industryUnderstand client needs and provide appropriate solutionsNegotiate and close deals with clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projectsPrepare and present reports on sales activities and performanceStay updated with industry trends and market conditionsProvide excellent customer service and address client concernsMeet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
