Position: Relationship Manager Company: Accounting Bridge (Canadian Firm) Location: Remote (India) – Night Shift (PST Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST / 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST) Employment Type: Full-time Preferred Candidate Locations: Candidates from Chandigarh, North India, Central India, and West India only preferred. Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month + performance-based commission (depending on performance) Accounting Bridge is a Canada-based bookkeeping and financial services firm helping businesses streamline their accounting, manage cash flow, and accelerate growth. We serve clients across Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand , and are expanding our international sales team in India. We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who is confident, articulate, and experienced in handling international B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationship. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to new inbound leads (provided by the company). Qualify prospects , identify client needs, and build strong rapport. Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to present services and close deals. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the Canadian team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Represent Accounting Bridge professionally to international clients across Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (BBA/B.Com preferred). MBA in Marketing or International Business is highly preferred . Requirements 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory). Prior experience dealing with foreign clients (Canada, US, Australia, or New Zealand preferred). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent . Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Proficiency in Zoom, CRM tools, and Microsoft/Google Suite. Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with PST hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling professional services (accounting, consulting, SaaS, or similar). Prior experience in international sales or outsourcing firms. Familiarity with bookkeeping/accounting services is an advantage (not mandatory).
