Job Description: – Business Finance (Asst. Manager)


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

o Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.

o Planning and forecasting: Works closely with Business owners and key stakeholders on P&L forecasting and AOP.

o Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.

o Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

o Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

o Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives

o Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

o Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather relevant data and ensure cohesive financial planning and reporting



Qualification and Experience required:

• B.com and MBA-finance / CA

• 3+ years post-qualification experience.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills.

• Proactively questions current practices, and ability to identify the root cause and corrective actions and drive improvements.

• Strong Financial acumen and good problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. Along with proactive business support & and partnering skills.
