Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retention Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention marketing in the D2C e-commerce industry and a proven track record in similar roles. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, perfect for someone who loves dogs and is enthusiastic about driving growth through retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective retention marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.- Utilize and manage Contlo for optimizing retention efforts.- Oversee and execute retention campaigns across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Web Push.- Write compelling copy and design engaging visuals for email and WhatsApp campaigns.- Analyze retention marketing KPIs and adjust strategies to meet business goals.- Regularly report on retention metrics and campaign performance.- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of retention strategies into overall marketing efforts.- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in retention marketing.
Day-to-Day Work:
- Send general updates at the start of work.- Set up flows and automation on Contlo.- Copywriting and design for email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, and web push.- Set up campaigns.- Check and report on retention and LTV metrics.- Strategize and plan on growth plans and forecasts.- Sync with the team.- Send end-of-day (EOD) reports.
Required Skillsets:
1. Expert-level understanding of retention marketing, specifically for D2C e-commerce.2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.3. Comprehensive knowledge of Contlo and its applications in retention marketing.4. Proficiency in managing retention channels such as WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Web Push.5. Strong copywriting and design skills for email and WhatsApp campaigns.6. Strong understanding of LTV metrics and their application in retention strategies.7. Familiarity with retention marketing KPIs and the ability to analyze and report on them.8. Passion for dogs and the pet industry.9. Comfortable with daily reporting and data analysis.10. A strong passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous growth.
