What are we looking for:
- Experience in driving results via retention marketing
- Ability to drive databacked business decisions for revenue growth
Detail Oriented
- Good at problemsolving skills
- Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature
- Actionoriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem
- Find key levers for growth in the user journey funnels across all channels (CRM, Digital marketing, direct, etc.) and platforms
- Develop a personalization roadmap and execution plan across teams to help drive better visits/user and visittobuy conversions
- Drive initiatives to maximize LTV
Analytical :
Develop data-backed insights to predict good/bad customer journeys, understand user engagement, new vs retention programs to find levers for growth
- Help in Increasing retention rate and reducing repeat buy You must be a people person
- You must have minimum 23 years of experience in this field and should be comfortable using moengage
- This is a workfromoffice role
- You should be willing to travel to Okhla Phase 3
