  • Experience in driving results via retention marketing

Detail Oriented
  • Good at problemsolving skills
  • Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature
  • Actionoriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem
What are your responsibilities?

  • Find key levers for growth in the user journey funnels across all channels (CRM, Digital marketing, direct, etc.) and platforms
  • Develop a personalization roadmap and execution plan across teams to help drive better visits/user and visittobuy conversions
  • Drive initiatives to maximize LTV

Analytical :
Develop data-backed insights to predict good/bad customer journeys, understand user engagement, new vs retention programs to find levers for growth

  • Help in Increasing retention rate and reducing repeat buy You must be a people person
  • You must have minimum 23 years of experience in this field and should be comfortable using moengage
  • This is a workfromoffice role
  • You should be willing to travel to Okhla Phase 3
