Oppo India is hiring for Sales Training Manager within our Sales Team for Gurgaon location.
Your core responsibility is to oversee specialized training programs tailored for specific positions, with a focus on enhancing overall team performance. This role entails the design, implementation, and execution of training initiatives, with a significant emphasis on researching and standardizing frontline position roles and responsibilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying top performers and providing support to underperforming team members. Collaboration with colleagues during critical project phases is also integral to this role.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience
• Proven experience in sales training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies within the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Prior experience in conducting research and standardizing job roles and responsibilities is desirable.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in training software and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
