Division: Direct Sales - Chennai HQ

Responsibilities

  • Work under the designated product divisions with a primary focus on promoting the respective products.
  • Establish and develop direct billing clients, including hospitals, medical colleges, research institutes, and laboratories.
  • Build and manage key customer accounts to strengthen the company's direct sales portfolio.
  • Consistently achieve the assigned monthly sales targets and overall achievements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely orders, payments, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and finalize payment cycles and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Meet payment collection targets as per company policies.
  • Maintain product pricing to ensure decent gross margins in adherence to company norms.
  • Collaborate with the Direct Sales Head for regular reporting, strategic planning, and process improvements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a proven track record in key account management and direct sales.
