Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling technology solutions to educational institutions globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in both physical and digital sales environments and should be comfortable working with domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Sales or Education Technology is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling digital solutions to educational institutions- Experience in both national and international sales, with a focus on digital solutions- Experience in conducting both physical and virtual sales meetings.
Skills and Competencies:
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify customer pain points, present tailored solutions, and close deals efficiently.- Technical Expertise: Ability to explain technical features in a simple, clear manner.- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct high-impact presentations.- Adaptability: Comfortable to travel around the country and attend to international sales calls post working hours.- International Sales Expertise: Proven experience in managing international clients, adapting to diverse cultures and sales environments.- CRM & Pipeline Management: Proficient in using CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and provide detailed reports.- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
