Job Description Inside Sales Executive Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and lead-conversion skills to drive business growth through outreach, follow-ups, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM. Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/solutions. Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements Requirements 1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and close leads.
