ElevenX Capital is a venture studio and venture capital fund specializing in building companies from the ground up. With headquarters in Miami and a venture studio/accelerator hub in Gurgaon, ElevenX combines ideas, capital, and operational talent to support new ventures in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, education, SaaS, and workforce management .

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff (COS) to work closely with Anjli, Managing Partner, to drive strategic initiatives, cross-border coordination, portfolio support, and investor engagement. The COS will act as a force multiplier—streamlining operations, ensuring priorities are executed, and enabling high-impact outcomes across ElevenX’s U.S.–India platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Maintain Anjli’s prioritization roadmap; ensure timely execution of investment, governance, and outreach initiatives.
• Lead quarterly strategic offsites, project-status reviews, and impact reporting.

2. Cross-Border Coordination

• Act as the chief liaison across Miami and Gurgaon teams (portfolio support, talent, legal, finance, marketing).
• Manage logistics, agendas, and outputs from joint collaboration reviews and value-creation workshops.

3. Portfolio & Studio Support

• Support due diligence by researching market trends, competitor landscapes, and operational metrics.
• Track and analyze KPIs across portfolio companies (cybersecurity, AI/SaaS, edtech) and provide actionable insights.

4. Investor Relations & Communications

• Draft and refine investor updates, board decks, press releases, and thought-leadership content.
• Support Anjli’s external visibility by preparing commentary on VC trends, portfolio exits, and broader industry viewpoints.

5. Governance & Board Liaison

• Manage calendar, pre-read materials, and presentations for Investment Committee and Managed Services board meetings.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.

6. Operational & Administrative Excellence

• Oversee Anjli’s daily schedule—balancing U.S.–India time zones, travel, and stakeholder preparation.
• Strengthen internal culture, operational processes, and team engagement across the firm.

• Tech & data savvy : familiarity with SaaS, edtech, AI, and data dashboards/analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, VC/PE, consulting, or startup leadership roles .
• Prior exposure to venture-backed startups or investment environments (early-stage tech preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus .
• Location: Must be from Gurgaon, As it is an on-site role with flexibility to support U.S.–India collaboration.
• Must be comfortable working EST-aligned hours (5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST) .
