Job description :

Designation : Strategic Catalyst & Chief of Staff

Location: - Chennai or Bangalore --- (Preferred) / Online if experience and org fit well

Experience: 6 or 8 plus Years of relevant experience (in complex program management / strategy / chief of staff specific experience)

CTC – 60,000 – 70,000 per month

Working Days / Hours : 40 hours per week (Evenings couple of hours needed to work with US counterparts, as well as some weekend hours may be needed) – and some travel for key events needed

The Chief of Staff  will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. The role focuses on enabling effective decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture..

This isn’t a support role. This is a front-line leadership position. You will be the central nervous system of the company, the keeper of our strategic pulse, and the driver of our most critical initiatives.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Be the Growth Architect:  The CEO's primary partner in exploring and launching new ventures. You will dive deep into market research, model new business lines, and build the strategic case for our next big move.
• Master of Execution:  Translate visionary ideas into concrete, actionable project plans. You'll align teams, smash through roadblocks, and drive initiatives across the finish line with relentless speed and precision.
• Act as the CEO's Leverage:  Own the CEO's priorities, safeguarding their time and focus. You'll prepare them for high-stakes meetings, manage key communications, and ensure that the groundwork is already laid for action.
• Embrace Day to Day Project Operations:  Never fear to co-ordinate leaders of the company in their project management objectively - And excited to look at day to day operations and solve issues
• Build the Operating System:  Identify and eliminate friction within the organization. You will refine our processes, enhance communication flows, and build the operational backbone that allows us to scale effectively without slowing down.

This Role is for You If:

• You’ve operated in the high-stakes environment of a startup and have directly supported a Founder or CXO. You thrive in organized chaos.
• You have a "get it done" mentality. You're proactive, resourceful, and don't wait for instructions.
• You can think at 30,000 feet (strategy) and then dive down to 3 feet (execution) without missing a beat.
• You are a master communicator, capable of earning trust and influencing peers, direct reports, and leadership.
• Ambiguity energizes you. You see a blank whiteboard as an opportunity, not a threat.

Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years’ experience in strategic projects or P&L management.
• Exposure to leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with a growth mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver without constant oversight
• Digital-first approach with ability to drive transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and adapt in a dynamic environment.
