  • Maintain & update the EmployeeMaster with all important documents of all staff properly acrosslocations
  • Ensure Head Office & Fieldattendance and leave records of all staff for payrollprocess
  • Recruitment (Field Staff & HeadOffice) Fixing interviews shortlisting background check and oncefinalized Issue the offer Prepare MIS and HRDashboards
  • Working experience with various Jobboards like Naukri LinkedIn Recruit X.
  • Workingexperience with various job profiles varying from NonITdomain.
  • Responsible for recruiting HealthcareStaff NonIT professional on different states of the India onparticular skills of our Involved in full cycle Recruitmentinvolving sourcing identifying and interviewing screening andplacing
  • personnel in quick turnaround time incontract contract to hire and permanentpositions.
  • Tracking and maintaining employee smonthly attendance.
  • Hands on experience inusing Microsoft Office Suite such as MSOutlook MSExcel MSWord andGoogle
  • Apps such as Google Docs Google Drivefor mywork.

EducationalQualification: MBA in HR Dip in Labour Laws HR Analytics will beadditionalvalue
