You will be glad you made the right choice to join us.Sr (7-10) yrs. of experience with the MS Intune platformMust have experience with large and small customer environment UEM/Intune rolloutManaging the migration of devices from the existing SCCM or other UEM platforms to Intune platformCreate Autopilot profiles and Conditional Access policiesRollout Intune on all the existing or new devices in a phased mannerCreate the Rollout plan for Intune deployment and seek approval from customerTest the functioning of Intune on these migrated devicesTest the functioning of Autopilot for new or existing devicesWork with various stakeholders to make sure that the client's policies & configurations always up to date and are implementedCoordinate with the Unified Communications and Directory Services teams as neededPrepare technical documentation and implementation guides as needed to support the UEM environment.Implement Intune and Create HLD/LLD documentationsAbility to provide required services while maintaining current day to day support activitiesIdentify all areas of the existing Run Books that need to be updated with Intune informationDevelop any new processes that are needed to support the Intune system that may not have existed with the existing platformUpdate all documentation before pilot phases beginTrain all the technicians on the Intune system prior to the beginning of the rolloutTrack and generate reports on non-compliance devicesRollout timing and planning the migration activity.Train staff on migration processCreate customer facing documentationCreate Knowledgebase documentsResolve customer migration issuesSelf-motivated & ability to work under own initiative
