Collaborates with security and business units to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.Troubleshooting and SupportStrong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint management challenges.Documentation and TrainingExperienced in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Intune configurations and best practices. Delivers training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users effectively.✅ Good-to-Have CompetenciesTechnical ExpertiseIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD. Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and hybrid environments for seamless device lifecycle management.Problem-Solving & CommunicationStrong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions.
