Ability to architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise-wide endpoint management. Skilled in developing and deploying MDM/MAM policies to ensure secure device and application control. 3. Administration and Optimization 4. Proficient in managing device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Capable of monitoring and optimizing Intune performance for scalability and reliability. 5. Collaboration and Consultation 6. Acts as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders. Collaborates with security and business units to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals. 7. Troubleshooting and Support 8. Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint management challenges. 9. Documentation and Training 10. Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Intune configurations and best practices. Delivers training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users effectively. ✅ Good-to-Have Competencies 1. Technical Expertise 2. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD. Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and hybrid environments for seamless device lifecycle management. 3. Problem-Solving & Communication 4. Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ✅ Role Description / Expectations from the Role 1. Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to provide expert guidance and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 7. Troubleshooting and Support 8. Act as the primary escalation point for complex Intune-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. 9. Innovation and Strategy 10. Stay updated on emerging Intune features and industry best practices. Develop strategies to enhance endpoint security and management capabilities.
