Capable of monitoring and optimizing Intune performance for scalability and reliability.Collaboration and Consultation Acts as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders. Collaborates with security and business units to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.Troubleshooting and Support Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint management challenges.Documentation and Training Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Intune configurations and best practices. Delivers training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users effectively.✅ Good-to-Have CompetenciesTechnical Expertise In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD. Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and hybrid environments for seamless device lifecycle management.Problem-Solving & Communication Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions.
