- Lead modernization and migration strategies from traditional SCCM to Intune cloud-based management.
- Develop and manage Windows Autopilot deployment profiles, co-management, and hybrid join scenarios.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions, architecture, processes, and configurations.
- Drive security baselines and compliance policies through Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Defender.
- Manage updates, patch management, OS deployment (OSD), and driver updates via SCCM/Intune.
- Collaborate with other architects, cybersecurity teams, and operations teams to ensure secure and reliable endpoint management.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues from operations.
- Provide thought leadership and roadmap planning for endpoint lifecycle management.
