Key Responsibilities

Market Insights: Leverage local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
Data & Insights: Use data to track team performance and drive improvements.
Sales Growth: Identify new avenues and channels to maximize revenue.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support for smooth execution.
Required Skills & Competencies
Leadership & Team Management: Lead large directly/indirectly, inspire and train them to exceed targets.
Operational Efficiency: Handle high-pressure operational challenges effectively.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Data-Driven: Use data analytics to drive team performance and strategy.
Process Orientation: Focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: any graduate
Experience: Minimum 4plus years in field sales or sales management, with experience in managing teams and creating sales funnels. Experience in multiple sales channels is highly preferred.
