Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Partner located in Dehradun, with some work from home acceptable. As a Retail Partner, you will be responsible for driving retail sales, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance products.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
