Position Overview
LeadSquared is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a key role in creating a demand for LeadSquared products, through effective positioning, messaging, and marketing programs. As a member of the India marketing team, the ideal candidate will support the Marketing Head to build and execute innovative sales enablement material. From determining product value proposition, competitive analysis, and demand generation through digital and direct channels, you will help shape the voice of the product and in doing so, drive revenue growth.
This role will be cross-functional and requires an individual with a diverse skill set that focuses on marketing communications and the ability to create high-quality presentation decks. The candidate will also need to work with a cross-functional team of designers, marketers, product managers, and sales and solutions teams, to gather insights and build sales documentation.
Responsibilities
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target personas and differentiates us in the market.
Deeply understand our solution's competitive position and how to capitalize on it.
Own the go-to-market strategy for new solutions and how to sell them.
Support sales and enterprise teams by creating compelling content – product decks, blogs, case studies - that speak about customer pain points, and how we solve them.
Gather insights from sales calls to align marketing messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications. Previous experience in the area of sales and product marketing would be a bonus.
Must be comfortable using PointPoint or Keynote (or any other presentation tool) which is absolutely essential to execute said responsibilities.
Excels in written communication. Must have command over the English language
Proven track record of developing and delivering messaging and sales enablement that drives pipeline, higher win rates, and revenue
