Maintains and manages a company's stock, supports central kitchen operations and ensures accurate record-keeping and compliance throughout the inventory lifecycle.

Job Role

  • Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Perform periodic physical counts and reconcile differences between system records and actual stock.
  • Use Pet Pooja software for invoice entry, consumption tracking and generating periodic reports for management.
  • Track stock levels and report shortages and discrepancies to management.
  • Verify and approve invoices for inventory purchases.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication skills for team collaboration and vendor interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-departmental activities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Make sure to follow the internal Standard Operating Procedure to the detail.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
