**Inventory Verification & Stock Audit (Primary Focus - 60% of Role)**:

- Perform **physical inventory verification** at client locations across sectors (retail, manufacturing, trading, etc.)
- Conduct **stock audits**, reconcile physical counts with book stock, and identify discrepancies
- Analyze **inventory movement, valuation, and control systems**:

- Verify **compliance with internal controls** related to inventory management
- Prepare **stock audit reports**, working papers, and coordinate with client teams for clarifications
- Conduct **cycle counts, surprise audits**, and warehouse walkthroughs
- Assist in **developing checklists** and improving inventory verification procedures

**Audit & Assurance**:

- Assist in **Statutory, Tax, and GST Audits** for various clients
- Draft and finalize **audit working papers** and documentation
- Help in **preparing financial statements** in accordance with Schedule III of the Companies Act
- Liaise with clients for **audit data collection and clarifications**

**Compliance & Returns**:

- Assist in **filing GST returns** (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with reconciliations
- Prepare and file **TDS returns**, support in 26AS reconciliation
- Perform basic **tax computations** using tools like Winman

**Accounting Support**:

- Review and record transactions in **Tally Prime and Zoho Books**:

- Use **Excel** for reconciliations, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Help maintain **client books of accounts**, ensuring accuracy and compliance

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience in **physical stock verification and reporting**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Winman**:

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation)
- Good understanding of **inventory accounting, GST, and TDS rules**:

- Excellent **documentation, reporting, and communication** skills

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **CA IPCC / CA Inter cleared** (B.Com/M.Com is a plus)

**Additional Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a **CA firm handling stock audits and multiple clients**:

- Detail-oriented, methodical, and **comfortable with field work**:

- Ability to **travel locally** for physical verification assignments
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn in the fields of **audit, compliance, and inventory controls**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
