
Sales Growth Executive

AVIDZ is a leading music distribution company , helping independent artists, labels, and creators distribute their music globally on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and 150+ platforms. Alongside distribution, we provide MCN, CMS, and digital growth solutions .
We are seeking a Sales Growth Executive who is hungry to generate leads, close deals, and bring in new business . If you are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth , this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and online research.
- Actively pitch and sell AVIDZ services to artists, labels, and content creators.
- Drive client acquisition and achieve monthly sales targets .
- Act as a single point of contact for new leads and onboard them smoothly.
- Maintain all sales activities in CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
- Build long-term relationships to maximize client retention and upselling.
- Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and campaigns .
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience (music/entertainment/media background is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in lead generation and closing deals .
- Knowledge of CRM operations and sales reporting.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious .
- Passion for sales and the music industry .
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
