Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing and Commercial Analysis: Assist in developing and analyzing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and competitiveness.
Support the sales team with data-driven insights and market analysis to enhance decision-making.
2. Sales and Dispatch Planning: Collaborate with regional teams to coordinate sales and dispatch planning activities.
Monitor inventory levels and dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
3. Presentation and Analytical Support: Create engaging presentations that summarize key findings and recommendations for departmental strategies.
Perform in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights for ongoing projects.
4. Coordination with Plants: Liaise with plant operations to gather data and feedback, ensuring alignment with sales and operational objectives.
Coordinate plant assessments and site visits as required to facilitate smooth operations.
5. Communication: Maintain effective communication channels within the department and with
external stakeholders.
Draft and distribute reports, memos, and updates to ensure clarity and transparency in departmental activities.
6. Management Information Systems (MIS):
Develop and maintain MIS reports to track performance metrics and departmental initiatives.
Utilize data visualization tools to enhance reporting and insights for the Head of
Department.
7. Power BI and SAP Proficiency: Leverage Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations that support data analysis and decision-making.
Utilize SAP for data management, reporting, and analysis to streamline operational
processes.
Education - 2+ years or MBA Freshers
Must Have Skills- Power BI + SAP+ Regional Coordination + Analyst Skills
