About the company:

HyperTest is an autonomous API test and observability platform that enables developers to automatically generate end-to-end API tests using network traffic. This eliminates the need to write or maintain any test suite. HyperTest makes it virtually impossible for devs to introduce a breaking change, whether performance, functional, or logical in their application without first being reported by it.


Since its founding in 2021, HyperTest has worked with over 50 teams, half of which are from 10 large unicorns in India. The platform has already helped these teams reduce the time spent on testing by 2-3 days per sprint, enabling the release of defect-free code multiple times per sprint without worrying about building their automation.


We're looking for a passionate and driven Founder's Office Associate to join our fast-paced team in Gurgaon. You'll work closely with the founders and CTO, playing a vital role in supporting our leadership team.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Founders & CTO: Manage and maintain the founders' and CTO's schedules.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and manage logistics.
  • Draft correspondence and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Demo Support: Shadow demo calls with potential customers or partners.
  • Prepare demo materials and ensure smooth presentations.
  • Project Management: Create and maintain work lists for the founders and CTO.
  • Track project progress and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution.


Qualifications:

  • Computer Science background (or equivalent) preferred.
  • 0-1 years of coding experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a "get things done" attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
