We're looking for a passionate and driven Founder's Office Associate to join our fast-paced team in Gurgaon. You'll work closely with the founders and CTO, playing a vital role in supporting our leadership team.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Founders & CTO:Manage and maintain the founders' and CTO's schedules.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and manage logistics.
  • Draft correspondence and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Demo Support:Shadow demo calls with potential customers or partners.
  • Prepare demo materials and ensure smooth presentations.
  • Project Management:Create and maintain work lists for the founders and CTO.
  • Track project progress and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution.


Qualifications:

  • Computer Science background (or equivalent) preferred.
  • 0-1 years of coding experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a "get things done" attitude.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
