The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the Business Development, Client servicing, Sales & marketing cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining the existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills & possess good negotiation skills.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:


• Familiarizing yourself with all services( PR, Digital marketing,Av production etc.) offered by our company.


• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.


• Research organizations, Individuals & key persons online (especially on social media) & offline both to identify potential clients.


• Attending networking activities like conferences, events & meetings to research and connect with prospective clients.


• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.


• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.


• Crafting business proposals, company credentials and PPTs to draw in more revenue from clients.


• Competition Research the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.


• Responsible for strategizing and managing new marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.


• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.


• Work with internal team( Creative, planning,AV, PR, Ad. etc.) to analyse brand communication, drive value adding insight that forms the foundation of the strategic decisions.


• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

. Analyze and prepare comprehensive reports on Return on Investment (ROI) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.

Business Development Executive Requirements:


• Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.


• Extensive sales experience. Priority will be given similar experience from PR & Digital Marketing, Ads. agency/company/ News Channel 


• Skilled in developing strategic solutions that drive sales growth and enhance overall business profitability.

. Basic Knowledge in Social media/digital marketing 


• Great networking skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.


• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
