We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Head to lead our Mumbai branch. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall branch operations (front-end business development & back-end processing) to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives across CASA, Fixed Deposits, Gold Loans, Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Mortgage Loans, and large-value loans, ensuring a robust credit portfolio in Retail & SME segments.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking and third-party products to maximize business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering a customer-first culture.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, inspection, and regulatory standards within the branch.
  • Monitor and improve credit quality, including proactive management of NPAs and loan recoveries.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement cost management and process optimization for efficient branch functioning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • 49 years of experience in branch banking/retail banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, retail assets & liabilities, and banking compliance.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and deliver high customer satisfaction.
