Job description:
Language Mandatory :Bengali, English and any Regional Language
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have strong customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
- Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
- Should be able to multitask – voice and chat process.
- Should have customer-oriented approach while handling any customer query.
- Advantage if you have worked on any CRM (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc)
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with rotational week off.
- Languages to be known –
Bengali, English and any Regional Language - Graduation in any discipline with minimum 1+ years of technical support.
Pay Range : 25,000
