**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Type**: Full-Time, On-Site
**Location**: Hyderabad, India

The Customer Support Executive will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing comprehensive online and on-site support to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide responsive and efficient customer support to resolve queries and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Deliver technical support for EduSkills’ offerings, including online platforms and curriculum tools.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
- Offer guidance and assistance to faculty and students regarding the use of EduSkills’ resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in online support and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
