Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement new capabilities and best practices to develop and improve automated data analysis processes- Drive continuous improvements using data to identify opportunities/ defects and drive change in the process- Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for business leaders- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions- Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation- Ensure that the standards of the process consistently meet or exceed the requirements set under the Service Level Agreements (SLA) agreed with the business teams- Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance- Build learning materials and conduct periodic training sessions with delivery teams to ensure usage and consistency

Desired Candidate Profile Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to handle a large team.- Experience with Stakeholder & Client Management- Experience working with Presales Team.- Ability to consult clients by discovering insightful & relevant patterns from data- Ability to write complex SQL & Stored procedures, interact with customers, interpret business requirements- Hands-on experience in large datasets, data warehouses, using SQL and ETL- Experience in Data engineering - SQL, ETL, Snowflake etc.- Data Visualization PBI, Tableau, Qlik etc.- Data Science R, Python, AI etc.- Should have worked on transactional data or CRM Tools- Considerable BI development experience / background Problem solving / troubleshooting experience- Should have a strong and advanced hands-on Tableau & Power BI skill with minimum of 7 years of experience.- Worked on Tableau Prep and Ask data.- Worked on Dax Queries and data cubes in Power BI.- Excellent data visualization skills- Excellent skills in presenting and communicating with business audience to help them appreciate insights & value from analytics- Ensure high quality client experience by owning up stakeholder expectation setting, driving project / program governance, and focus on linking analytics to client business values- Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization)
