Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Computer Vision Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our engineering team to develop and improve algorithms for computer vision applications. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and implementing computer vision algorithms for object detection, recognition, tracking, and image segmentation.
  • Work with large datasets, including image and video data, to improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art techniques in computer vision and machine learning, applying them to real-world challenges.
  • Perform data preprocessing, labeling, and augmentation to optimize model training.
  • Use machine learning frameworks and libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV) to build and refine models.
  • Understanding of edge computing concepts and experience with edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry PI, Google coral or similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Document code, processes, and research findings in a clear and organized manner.
  • Travel pan India for projects

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Knowledge of computer vision concepts, such as image processing, object detection, feature extraction, and image segmentation.
  • Familiarity with deep learning models and architectures, such as CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
  • Experience with data handling and preprocessing for machine learning tasks.
  • Good understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or project experience in computer vision or machine learning.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training and deployment.
  • Knowledge of PYQT, Tkinter , Django is a plus .
