Job Title: Center Manager

Job summary: The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and performance of the center. This role ensures smooth workflow, high-quality customer service, staff management, and achievement of organizational targets while maintaining compliance with policies and standards.
Role & responsibilities;

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the center to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports on center performance, including KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate with senior management for planning, resource allocation, and center development.

Skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or Management.
  • Proven experience in center or branch management (education, healthcare, retail, or service industry background is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic business management tools.
