Center Manager – Cult (Sector 62, Gurgaon)About CultCult (by Cure.Fit) is India's leading fitness and wellness brand with 600 centers nationwide, offering group workouts, strength training, yoga, dance, boxing, and more. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Center Manager to lead our Gurgaon center and deliver a premium fitness experience.
Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Center Operations
- Manage day-to-day gym operations ensuring smooth member experience.
- Oversee cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to brand SOPs.
- Handle member onboarding, renewals, and grievance redressal.
- Coordinate with Cult's central operations, sales, and marketing teams.
2. Sales & Revenue
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling of personal training packages.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and report daily/weekly KPIs.
- Manage lead conversion through walk-ins, WhatsApp, and call leads.
3. Team Management
- Lead a team of trainers, front desk executives, and housekeeping staff.
- Set performance goals, conduct daily huddles, and ensure discipline and accountability.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure trainer coverage across slots.
4. Customer Experience
- Build strong member relationships and ensure high retention rates.
- Handle customer escalations and feedback professionally.
- Maintain a vibrant, motivating, and inclusive gym environment.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain daily sales, attendance, and expense reports.
- Ensure safety standards and adherence to Cult brand guidelines.
- Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 2–4 years of experience in gym, retail, hospitality, or fitness center management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with passion for fitness and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, lead management, and basic Excel reporting.
- Preferably from a fitness, hospitality, or premium service background.
